Walk With Me

A year of the work with me beside you — the whole rebuild, at the pace it actually takes, in the life you already have.

Who this is for

It's for you if
  • You've done the reading, maybe the app, and you want someone in it with you for the whole year.
  • Your week is complicated — travel, a business, people who depend on you — and generic plans break on it.
  • You'd rather be told the honest thing than the encouraging thing.
  • You can commit to a year. Not perfectly. Just genuinely.
It isn't, if
  • You want to start on your own first. The app is the same work and costs $299 for the year.
  • You're looking for something to address a diagnosed condition. That belongs with your clinician.
  • You want accountability without change. I'll ask you to move something, every month.
  • The price is a stretch. It shouldn't be one — nothing about a year of this works under financial strain.

The shape of the year

We start with where you actually are, not where a programme assumes you are. Then twelve months in four seasons, each one built on the last. The app carries the daily work; our time together is for the parts that need a person — the adapting, the honest look, the decisions you keep putting off.

01
Season one · Ground

A long first conversation, then the foundations that are actually load-bearing for you. Sleep and rhythm usually come first.

02
Season two · Build

Food, movement and the home environment, added one at a time and sized to the week you're actually having.

03
Season three · Integrate

The stage most programmes skip. Travel, hard weeks, other people's needs — we rebuild it to survive all of them.

04
Season four · Carry

We take the scaffolding down. By the end it is your rhythm, and you don't need me to keep it.

What's included

Two calls a month

Ninety minutes to open the season, forty-five to adjust it. Twenty-four across the year, at times that work from your timezone.

Me, between calls

Voice notes and messages when the week goes sideways. Not a chatbot and not a team — you're writing to me.

Twelve months of the app

The Pathway, included, and shaped to what we decide together rather than to a quiz result.

A season plan, written

Four short documents across the year — what we're doing, why, and what to drop first when the week collapses.

The whole library

The Toolkit courses and the book, so nothing is held back behind another purchase.

An open door here

If you want to come to the homestead during your year, there's a place for you at cost. Some people do; most don't need to.

Why a year, and why me

It took me longer than a year, and I had no one.

A health crisis ended the career I'd built across seven countries, and what rebuilt me wasn't information — it was thirteen years in a place that doesn't let you cheat, working out which foundations actually hold a life up.

I did that alone, slowly, and made every mistake available. This is the shortcut I didn't have: the same rebuild, with someone who has been through it watching your week with you.

I take a handful of people at a time because there is no version of this that works at scale. The longer story is here.

In their words

"I’d gotten so used to pushing through that I honestly couldn’t tell you what I needed. The coaching helped me ask that question without judging the answer. Some days I need movement. Some days I need to stop."

Marcus W.

"I didn’t want to become a whole new person. I wanted to feel like the person I was underneath all the responsibility and exhaustion. This has helped me make space for her again."

Lauren P.

"I came in wanting more energy. What I really needed was a different relationship with myself. I’m still ambitious, but I don’t treat my body like it’s something that should just keep taking whatever I throw at it."

Ethan G.

"I was always either working or recovering from work. There wasn’t much room for actually living. This helped me start making room for things that nourish me, not just things I have to get done."

Nathan D.
The investment
$12,000

For the twelve months, everything above included. Payable in full, or in twelve monthly instalments at no extra cost. It does not renew — there is no thirteenth charge.

If a year one to one isn't right, The Rekindling is the smaller version and the app is $299 for the same twelve months.

Availability
Waitlist only, right now.

Every place is currently taken. Apply below and I'll write to you when one opens — usually as someone finishes their year. I don't run a queue on a first-come basis; I look for the fit.

The application takes about ten minutes. I read every one myself, and I answer either way.

Apply for a place

Written answers, not a sales call. If it looks like a fit we'll talk; if it doesn't, I'll tell you what I'd do instead.

Thanks — I'll answer within a few days, either way.

I answer within a few days, either way.

Before you ask

What if I miss a call?

We move it. Life does this — it's the thing we're working on, not a failure of it. Missed calls carry forward within the season.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes — twelve monthly payments, same total, no financing charge. Paying in full is simpler for both of us but carries no discount.

What if it isn't working?

Tell me within the first 30 days and I refund everything you've paid. After that, tell me in the first season and we stop: you pay for the months we've used and nothing further.

Do I need the app first?

No. It's included. If you're already using it, your year picks up from where you are rather than starting over.

Do I have to travel to Costa Rica?

Not at all — the year runs entirely remotely. If you do want to come, most nationalities enter Costa Rica visa-free as tourists; I'll help with the practicalities, and the stay is at cost.

What do you need from me?

Honesty on the calls, a few minutes most days in the app, and the willingness to change one thing at a time. Roughly two hours a month of formal time; the rest is how you already live.

How long until I feel different?

Many people notice something in the first few weeks, usually in sleep or energy. I won't promise a timeline — bodies and seasons differ, and the point of a year is that it doesn't depend on a fast start.

Is this medical care?

No. I'm a coach and practitioner, not a doctor. I don't diagnose, treat or prescribe, and anything in that territory stays with your own clinician.
